Payment:
Purchases in our online store can be paid for by bank card/credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Klarna or with Vipps.
Your safety and security is very important to us, and with partners such as Stripe, Klarna and Vipps, this security is taken care of. Stripe is one of the world's leading facilitators of payment solutions for online stores.
Klarna:
We offer Klarna invoices in collaboration with Klarna. The payment deadline is 14 days. If you choose to pay by invoice, there are no additional costs if you do not wish to extend the payment deadline beyond 14 days. To pay by invoice, you must be 18 years old, be registered in Norway and be approved in the credit assessment carried out at the time of purchase.
When you choose to pay with a Klarna invoice, you must enter your social security number. It is used to retrieve your registered address. The goods cannot be sent to another address. This is to prevent fraud. If you do not accept the address that is picked up, you must pay by card. We do not store the social security number in our systems. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when we send out the goods. In the event of late payment, a payment reminder and/or debt collection notice will be sent, and statutory fees may apply. If payment is still not received, the invoice will be sent to debt collection and additional costs will be incurred. In the event of late payment, statutory late payment interest is calculated.

Shipping Costs:
We offer flat rate shipping (Postnord) - Small (0,1-5,0 kg): 69 NOK on all orders.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days.
Postnord will deliver the package to your nearest pick-up point.
Pick up in IKON Oslo Showroom:
You are welcome to pick up items in our showroom in Elias Smiths vei 3,1337 Sandvika during our opening hours or by appointment.
This option is free and available at checkout if the item is in stock. You will get a text message notifying that the order is ready for pick up within 24 - 72 hours from your purchase. Ordered goods must be collected within 5 working days after the goods are available. It's not possible to pick up your order before the confirmation is sent.
Please note! On delivery, the Ikon Oslo Showroom can ask for a signature and identification.

Unclaimed Packages:
Postnord sends out a notification about the package's arrival as soon as it arrives at your local pick-up point. A reminder is then sent about unclaimed consignments after 7 days. If the package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.
If you do not collect the package and are otherwise completely passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been collected.
If we do not hear anything from you, you will be charged NOK 200 + return shipping, our shipping and administration costs for unclaimed packages.
Examination of the item:
After the buyer has received the products, he/she should, as soon as possible, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products are otherwise faulty or missing. In the event of defects or errors, the buyer must contact IKON Oslo within a short time (see separate section on complaints).
Risk for the item:
The risk for the item passes to the buyer when the item has been taken over by the buyer in accordance with the agreement. If the delivery time has arrived and the buyer fails to take over an item that has been placed at his or her disposal according to the agreement, the buyer still bears the risk of loss or damage due to the characteristics of the item itself.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
RETURN PROCEDURE
All goods purchased at IKON OSLO can be returned if you notify us within 14 days after receiving your purchase and ship it back to IKON OSLO. To return an order, please contact info@ikonoslo.com and wait for our return confirmation. Once received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
-Fill in the return form included with your order.
-Ensure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.
-Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope.
Local customers can return the item(s) physically to our showroom at Elias Smiths vei 3, 1337 Sandvika, free of charge, by appointment with IKON OSLO.
FREIGHT ON RETURNED GOODS
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post office. Please contact us at info@ikonoslo.com to initiate a return and to inform us of the tracking number for the shipment.
REPAYMENT AND REFUNDS
If you choose to return the goods purchased from IKON OSLO, we will refund your payments no later than 14 days after we receive the goods. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card, Vipps or Klarna account.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to assist you with the return process.
ikonoslo.com does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

COMPLAINT
If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, give notification that he or she will invoke the deficiency. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 2 months. from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item. If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act, chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between rectification, redelivery, demand a price reduction, demand the contract terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller. If you have a complaint about a product you have bought from us, contact our customer service by e-mail as soon as possible.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Conflict Resolution:

Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. If your selection of products may be lost from out
shopping bag, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products. IKON Oslo does not reserve items for future purchase.
Account
All orders placed on IKON Oslo website ikonoslo.com are stored in our customer system. The information being saved is the customers shipping and billing address, and order history.
You can choose your own password for login. Here you can view your own profile which contains order history and information such as customers shipping and billing address. All profiles can be deleted by contacting us at info@ikonoslo.com
Order Confirmation
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the product you have ordered and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at info@ikonoslo.com
If the items purchased are in stock, we can fulfill your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all shipment details. In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.
Pricing
The default currency on our online shop is NOK (Norwegian Kroner). All prices include VAT. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges.
If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, or any other added charges.
IKON Oslo reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We, however, take reservations for typing errors
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and in all markets we ship goods to. Vipps and Klarna are accepted as the payment method in Norway.
The default currency on our online shop is NOK (Norwegian Kroner). Your order total will therefore change from your chosen currency to NOK (Norwegian Kroner) when you proceed to Checkout. Shipping and discounts will be calculated at checkout. No additional taxes will apply.
Shipping information
IKON Oslo offer domestic shipping. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you place your order. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and deliver on working days. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway. Some styles are sent from our office in Oslo, Norway.
Shipping Costs:
IKON Oslo offers free standard delivery on orders above 1000 NOK within Norway. Please note that shipping cost will be applied or deducted to your order at checkout.
Delivery Information Norway:
We offer a fixed rate standard shipping - Small (0,1-1,0 kg): 99 NOK for orders below 1000 NOK.
Norway
All orders in Norway are sent with Posten/Bring. The order will be delivered to your local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your package is ready to be collected. A shipment that is not collected by 14 days will be returned back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.
Important Information
All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 7 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.
Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

All measurements are approximately, and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.
Returns

Exchange or refund
At the moment exchange is not possible. If you want to get a different item, or change original item to a different size or color, please place a new order at ikonoslo.com. The refund for the original order will be processed as soon as the parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase. If you choose to withdraw your purchase, IKON Oslo will issue a refund of the amount including the shipping cost only if the shipment has not been sent. If the shipment already is sent and the customer has received a confirmation mail regarding this, IKON Oslo will only issue a refund of the amount excluding shipping cost when the shipment is returned.
If the item is returned due to a claim, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. Please note that IKON Oslo only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same condition as at the time of delivery, with tag and seal still attached. A deduction of the value might be made if the return shipment is not marked correctly and VAT related costs were charged to us.
Sale
Our regular online return and exchanges policy as described above applies during sale periods.
Gift Cards
IKON Oslo gift cards are valid at ikonoslo.com and expire 1 years after purchase. Cards are not replaced if lost. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Gift cards are non refundable.
Insurance
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from
IKON Oslo warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Disclaimer
